ABOUT ME

My passion for food began when I was studying a Science degree at university in Cardiff - I didn’t know my backside from my elbow when it came to cooking or eating out.

I was fortunate enough to be employed part-time front of house at a restaurant called Porro, I became part of the furniture here, learning to appreciate good food under the guidance of 3 great chefs and people: Durz, Fran and Brian.

In the years since, my passion for food has developed further, from posting homemade meals on my personal Instagram, to setting up a food Instagram, and now taking another step of launching this website.

My drive comes from supporting independent businesses that cook good food.
